September
Friday 13th  
  • 'Autumn Sounds' with Duo Chagall in association with Fingal County Council. 8pm ~ Ballroom

DUO CHAGALL's classical music series continues with an evening of classical music from Norway a country that gave birth to one of the world's best loved composers, Edvard Grieg.The concert will open with Grieg's second violin sonata and his cello sonata, followed by two famous transcriptions: the Suite n.1 from Grieg's 'Peer Gynt' and the Passacaille adapted for violin and viola by Norwegian composer Johan Halvorsen from Handel's Harpsichord Suite.

DUO CHAGALL will also present the rarely heard music of Christian Sinding, a contemporary of Grieg who made an important contribution to his nation's musical heritage. His Piano Trio n.1 (1893) will be given its Irish 'premiere'. This evening's pianist is Edward Holly. Tickets are free but limited and are chosen by random lottery. ALL TICKETS HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED FOR THIS EVENT.

Sunday 15th 
  • Food Markets - Farmyard. 10am - 5pm. A selection of superb food produce by artisans from around Ireland
  • Music in the Bandstand - Pleasure Grounds. 2pm - 4pm 
Wednesday 18th 
  • 1913 CENTENERY CELEBRATION - 8pm. A unique evening to commemorate the historic events of the Dublin Lockout. The evening will comprise of poetry, drama and songs. Scenes from 'Strumpet City' will be performed by East Wall Peg Drama and Variety Group. The MC for the evening is Peter Sheridan, Farmleigh's Writer-in-Residence. Doors are from 7pm. Tickets are free but are chosen by random lottery.  ALL TICKETS HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED FOR THIS EVENT.
Sunday 22nd  
  • Food Markets - Farmyard. 10am-5pm. A selection of superb food produce by artisans from around Ireland
  • Music in the Bandstand with Atomic -  Pleasure Grounds. 2pm - 4pm

Atomic will perform a mix of popular music from recent times at the Bandstand in the beautiful gardens of Farmleigh. 

Sunday 29th  
  • Food Markets - Farmyard. 10am-5pm. A selection of superb food produce by artisans from around Ireland
  • Nepal Day at Farmleigh - Experience the Culture, Food & Art of Nepal on the grounds of Farmleigh. 12 noon - 5pm. Entry is free
  • Music in the Bandstand - Pleasure Grounds. 2pm - 4pm
